Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor. Our classes is a combination of medical yoga elements, relaxing flow and breathing techniques.
When: sundays from 14:00 – 15:15, starting on 5th of January
Info: The space is limited to 8 women, „first come first serve“. It’s a regular class.
Alisa LoveSky is teaching pregnancy yoga since 2018 and loves to connect with Divine Mothers through mindful yoga practice.
